Losing the phone or device that is bound with imKey will not result in the loss of assets.
Because the private key is stored offline in imKey's secure chip, losing the bound phone or device will not affect the assets. If the bound phone or device is lost, please immediately replace it with a new one and download imToken.
- If the binding code of imKey has been saved, it can be restored for use by binding it with imKey.
- If the binding code of imKey has not been saved, it is necessary to reset imKey, then perform device pairing and binding, and finally import the wallet backup (mnemonic) to restore its use.
