The imKey team hopes that you are satisfied with our product, but if you are not satisfied with imKey and need to return it, we are glad to assist you.

Return policy: If you are not satisfied with the imKey you purchased, within 7 days of receiving the imKey product, the imKey team will confirm that the product is in good condition (including but not limited to the imKey product has not been activated or tested) and that there is no performance failure or appearance damage caused by human factors. You can choose to replace the same model of imKey product or return it. If you confirm the return, you must return the valid purchase receipt, ensure that the imKey product and accessories are returned intact (including imKey device, USB charging cable, product manual, etc.), and if there are gifts, they must be returned together.

 

Return and exchange invoice: If you apply for and receive an invoice, it must be returned together with the product. If your invoice contains non-returnable items, please contact the imKey team after returning the invoice and completing the return and refund process to reissue an invoice for the non-returnable items.

 

How to return the product: If you need to return the product to the imKey team, please send an email to support@imkey.im, and we will inform you of the detailed return process.

 

How to exchange: If you encounter any problems during use, please send an email to support@imkey.im, and we will reply promptly and assist in resolving the issue. Within the one-year warranty period, if the product quality problem is not caused by human factors and is confirmed by the imKey team, we will prepare a brand new product of the same model for you free of charge.

If you need to "exchange" the product, please provide the following information in the email, including but not limited to:

  • Transaction ID

  • Product SN code

  • Description of quality issues

  • Photos or videos related to quality issues

After receiving the email, we will make a preliminary judgment within three working days. If necessary, we will contact you by phone to understand the specific use of the product. If we confirm that the "exchange" is agreed upon, please be sure to reset the device before returning it. After the physical inspection by the imKey team confirms that the quality problem is not caused by human factors, we will send out a brand new product of the same model within 5 working days.

 

Exchange agreement applicable to returned goods: If an exchange is due to a quality problem, the imKey team will bear the corresponding courier fee.
