When a user forgets their PIN code for imKey and needs to regain access while ensuring security, an imKey hardware reset operation must be performed to set up a new PIN code. This process not only generates a new PIN but also creates a new binding code. Given that the binding code is used for connecting with imToken, after the reset, all previous pairings established based on the old binding code must be disconnected first, and the pairing process must be redone following the new binding code procedures.
How to Unpair imKey Pro

Open the imToken app and click "My Profile" - " Manage wallets"

Locate and click on the paired hardware wallet
