As mentioned in the definition of decentralized wallet, your funds are not physically in the imKey wallet or account. This is why restoring an account cannot be done by the imKey wallet or through inputting your account. We do not store any users information (private key and password) on our backend server. All users own their own information and interact directly with one another and the blockchain independently.
